When will my order arrive?

There is a 14 working day turnaround time for your order to be made. As all items are handmade, especially during busy periods, your order can take up to 14 working days before dispatch date

When your order is ready

When your order is made it will be packed and sent with the courier. Depending on delivery choice, your order will arrive 2-3 working days after dispatch. You will receive an email when your order is on its way with an estimated delivery timescale and be able to track with your tracking number sent via email
